FeeS

Walker Capital does not practice complicated and unnecessary waterfall pay off structures. We are interested in transparent and efficient business practices that net our clients the highest pay offs; our interests are aligned.

The classic private equity compensation model is called "2 on 20" or "2/20". This means the investment manager charges 2% annually for managing your capital and takes 20% from the capital gain profit on exit; with 80% of the capital gain being paid to the investors.

​​To incentivize our investors to commit more capital, Walker Capital offers you choice of pay-off structures:

 

2/30 or 2/20 or 2/10

 

This means you get a higher share of returns for investing more money

 

​When you invest:

​

<100k: You receive 70% of the upside

>100k: Earns you 80% of the upside

 

Over 1 million: Earns  you 90% of the upside and we name the building after you.​

​

The annual fee is always 2% of committed capital​

​

​

Given the active maintenance schedules of these types of investments, Walker Capital commits more time to ensure these assets perform to expectation and serve our clients.

​

Walker Capital charges 10% of monthly net income and 20% from the capital gain upon an exit event such as a sale or refinance.​
