Simple, classic private equity model of 2 on 20. This means 2% annual charge for managing your capital and 20% from the profit upon exit or refinance event.

When you invest up to 100k, you receive 70% of the upside, over 100k earns you 80% of the upside, over 1million earns your name on the building and 90% of the upside.
