The apartment was designed in the beauty of the Art Deco style combined with the comfort of contemporary living.
The old kitchen was completely outdated and was the prime candidate for a modern replacement. A beautiful, new kitchen was installed with an energy efficient induction stove and appliances.
The bathroom needed a complete overhaul with new piping, smarter layout, updated tiling, and modern fixtures. A gorgeous glass, walk-in shower was installed with a free-standing sink alongside.

The apartment had excellent structure from a high-quality build in 1976.
However, it needed to be updated to electric code and required layout changes. The old kitchen and bathrooms had to be completely discarded.
To increase the size of one bedroom, an old closet had to be demolished. Another bedroom needed to be created by installing a separating wall. The apartment lacked air conditioning which is an absolute must in the South of France, so walls had to be drilled.
